- Fluent Forms
We use the WordPress plugin Fluent Forms to provide our booking request form.
Submitted form data is stored in our own WordPress database on the hosting environment and is also sent to us by email. Fluent Forms does not independently transmit form entries to its provider’s external servers.
Access to submitted information is restricted to authorised persons who require it to process the enquiry.
Booking enquiries and related correspondence are normally deleted within 24 months after the final communication unless a contractual relationship arises or statutory retention obligations, legal claims or other legitimate reasons require longer storage.
