ABOUT OSUKARU

Founded in Gothenburg by guitarist and songwriter Oscar “Oz” Hawe Petersson, OSUKARU have spent more than a decade shaping their own version of melodic hard rock. Their music combines AOR melody, muscular guitar work and carefully constructed arrangements with a visual identity that draws naturally from the golden era of hard rock.

With Tall Tales, the band introduced a harder, bolder edge while preserving the hooks and choruses at the heart of their sound. That balance gives OSUKARU a broad appeal: melodic enough for AOR audiences, heavy enough for hard rock stages and experienced enough to deliver a focused, convincing live performance.
